Overview |
Sporocarps solitary, 0.4-0.5 mm tall. Stalk subulate with a broad, fibrous yellowish base, dark and slender above, tapered upwards and continuing to the centre of the sporotheca as a columella. Sporotheca dark brown, globose or hemispherical, flattened below, 0.2 mm diam. Peridium completely evanescent. Capillitium lax, consisting of 2(-3) slender, black branches arising from the tip of the columella and forking 3-4 times without anastomosing. Spore-mass brown. Spores grey, globose, 12-13(-20) µm diam., prominently spinose, the spines up to 1 µm tall.
